Powering Our Facilities with the Sun.
Our Anaheim and Ho Chi Minh facilities generated 1.74 million kWh of solar energy in 2025 — meeting 55% of our total energy needs.
We avoided 1,067 metric tons of CO₂e, the equivalent of planting roughly 48,000 trees annually through clean energy investments.
We also achieved a 95% solid waste diversion rate, zero hazardous waste to landfill, and recycled 80% of total water use in Vietnam.

Rooted in Farming Communities.
We partner directly with over 850 farmers in Vietnam and 1,000+ in Indonesia — providing training, certification support, and access to premium export markets.
In 2025, 17.6% of our total spice procurement volume was responsibly sourced, exceeding our 15% target ahead of schedule.
Women hold 55% of our senior leadership roles globally, and we recorded zero lost-time accidents across all facilities.
Through the Harris Global Foundation, we invested $231,175 in 2025 across sustainable agriculture programs and community health initiatives.
Impact Beyond Our Business
The Harris Global Foundation invested in six initiatives during 2025, supporting sustainable farming practices for 800 Indonesian pepper farmers.
We contributed $20,000 to World Central Kitchen's disaster relief efforts, ensuring food security in regions experiencing urgent crisis.
Our foundation also provided $26,940 to fund girls' education via Action Village India, fostering long-term growth and equal opportunity.
As members of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, we actively expand procurement access for diverse, minority-owned suppliers.
